ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community - ประชาคมสังคมและวัฒนธรรมอาเซียน

ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) aims to build stable and caring societies where ASEAN people live in good conditions. To attain this goal, quality of life needs to be improved, sustainable use of natural resources has to be promoted and ASEAN cultural identity should be created. The ASEAN Socio - Cultural Community Plan of Action is formulated to: 1) support the caring societies, 2) deal with social impact caused by economic integration, 3) promote sustainable and proper environmental management and 4) improve better understanding among grass-roots people on historical and cultural awareness and access to information which is fundamental to a successful ASEAN Community.

ประชาคมสังคมและวัฒนธรรมอาเซียน  มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน ส่งเสริมการใช้ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอย่างยั่งยืน และเสริมสร้างอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมของอาเซียน โดยมีแผนปฏิบัติการประชาสังคมและวัฒนธรรมอาเซียนซึ่งครอบคลุมความร่วมมือในหลายสาขาเช่น ความร่วมมือด้านการปราบปรามยาเสพติด การพัฒนาชนบท การขจัดความยากจน สิ่งแวดล้อม การศึกษา วัฒนธรรม สตรี สาธารณสุข โรคเอดส์ และเยาวชนเป็นต้น เป็นกลไกสำคัญเพื่อการบรรลุจุดมุ่งหมายของประชาคมนี้ และรองรับการเป็นประชาคมซึ่งเน้นใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่

 (1)  การสร้างประชาคมแห่งสังคมที่เอื้ออาทร

 (2)  แก้ไขผลกระทบต่อสังคมอันเนื่องมาจากการรวมตัวทางเศรษฐกิจ

 (3)  ส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนของสิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างถูกต้อง

 (4)  ส่งเสริมความเข้าใจระหว่างประชาชนในระดับรากหญ้า การเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรม รวมทั้งการรับรู้ข่าวสารซึ่งเป็นรากฐานที่จะนำไปสู่การเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน

ASEAN Economic Community - ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน

ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) enables ASEAN to actively compete with other regions in terms of economics. It will facilitate agreements on economic cooperation between ASEAN and other countries including business completion, particularly investment, which tends to be transferred to other countries than ASEAN’s. This is a crucial factor that requires cooperation of all ASEAN member states because it aims to promote ASEAN as a single market and mutual manufacturing base, which enhances capacity on economic competition, fosters equal economic development and facilitates economic integration.

ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน  มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำให้ภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้มีความมั่นคง มั่งคั่ง

และสามารถแข่งขันกับภูมิภาคอื่นๆ ได้ โดย

 (1) มุ่งให้เกิดการไหลเวียนอย่างเสรีของสินค้า บริการ การลงทุน เงินทุนการพัฒนาทางเศรษฐกิจ และการลดปัญหาความยากจนและความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคมภายในปี 2558

 (2) ทำให้อาเซียนเป็นตลาดและฐานการผลิตเดียว (single market and production base) โดยจะริเริ่มกลไกและมาตรการใหม่ๆ ในการปฏิบัติตามข้อริเริ่มทางเศรษฐกิจที่มีอยู่แล้ว

(3) ให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ประเทศสมาชิกใหม่ของอาเซียนเพื่อลดช่องว่างการพัฒนาและช่วยให้ประเทศเหล่านี้เข้าร่วมกระบวนการรวมตัวทางเศรษฐกิจของอาเซียน

(4) ส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในนโยบายการเงินและเศรษฐกิจมหภาค ตลาดการเงินและตลาดทุน การประกันภัยและภาษีอากร การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและการคมนาคม พัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านกฎหมาย การเกษตร พลังงาน การท่องเที่ยว การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์โดยการยกระดับการศึกษาและการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน

ASEAN Security Community - ประชาคมการเมืองความมั่นคงอาเซียน

ASEAN Security Community (ASC) aims to ensure that all member states in the ASEAN Community share the same values. It also helps all its member states deal with security threats more effectively. In addition, interaction between ASEAN and other civil societies worldwide will be promoted and strengthened.

ประชาคมการเมืองและความมั่นคงอาเซียน  มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะทำให้ประเทศในภูมิภาคอยู่อย่างสันติสุขโดยการแก้ไขปัญหาในภูมิภาคโดยสันติวิธีและยึดมั่นในหลักความมั่นคงรอบด้าน

ASEAN Community - ประชาคมอาเซียน

The ASEAN Community is based on three intertwined and mutually reinforcing pillars: ASEAN Security Community (ASC), ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC).

ประชาคมอาเซียนประกอบด้วยความร่วมมือ 3 เสาหลัก คือ

1. ประชาคมการเมืองความมั่นคงอาเซียน (ASEAN Security Community – ASC)

2. ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน (ASEAN Economic Community – AEC)

3. ประชาคมสังคมและวัฒนธรรมอาเซียน (ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community -ASCC)

Message From Kru Ekachai - April

Goodbye March!  Now it’s time to welcome April with open arms. It is the hottest month of the year but we have many ways to escape the summer heat. One thing you shouldn’t miss is joining in the fun of Songkran Celebrations. The Water Festival is approaching! Are you ready to get soaking wet?

April is also the summer holidays for schools in Thailand. These are generally from mid-March to early May. This means students can sleep late and wake up late after the busy school year. There will be a lot of families travelling during this period to celebrate the summer vacation. Enjoy the trip and be careful on the roads!

I kicked off my summer holidays by spending the first week to keep my blog and Facebook page fresh and unique. I’ll bring the best contents about ASEAN to all of you, though not every post will be everyone’s cup of tea. I can see from the stats that more people are finding the information available to be of value to both students and teachers.
