Thailand's National Day

วันชาติของประเทศไทย

Thailand celebrates the birthday of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej on 5 December as its national day. It does not celebrate an independence day. The date will change on the accession of the heir to the throne. This day is also celebrated as Father's day in Thailand.

Songkran Festival

The Songkran Festival is celebrated as the traditional New Year's Day from 13 to15 April.

Loy Krathong Festival

Loi Krathong is a festival celebrated annually throughout Thailand. It takes place on the evening of the full moon of the 12th month in the traditional Thai lunar calendar.
