Thai Police Seek to Keep Line App Under Surveillance

The Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) outlined a policy to monitor Line, a popular Japanese chat app. They have asked the Line operator to provide access to their archives of online chats in order to gather data on people suspected of being involved in crimes.
